DESFORD THURSDAY GROUP, a club with a social and friendly ethos.
What we do; We organise speakers to talk to us on a wide variety of topics
and occasionally visit places of interest. We also organise an annual charity event to raise funds for good causes.
We meet on the second Thursday of the month at 7.30pm (September to June), usually at Desford Free Church but with occasional meetings at other local venues.
An annual fee of £20 is payable at the start of our season in September
OR
You are welcome to join us for a fee of £4 per meeting.
Tea or co ee is available at the end of talks (included), this gives an
opportunity to chat with other members.
